Thalasso-phobia
The project aims to study and express a type of fear through visualization, and I chose thalassophobia – the fear of the deep ocean – as my research topic. Combining all the horror elements such as alienized aquatic creatures, darkness, pressure, great vastness/emptiness, etc., I managed to create an image emphasizing the powerlessness of human beings while facing the unknown and danger of the ocean.
